I couldn't find anyone who recalled the 1988 Morris Worm , which was the first Internet "virus"! Neither did anyone mention the US Federal Government's Computer Emergency Readiness Team (CERT) ,
which has its own reporting pages, although RCB told me that his volunteers cooperate with their people. No one mentioned the US Feds' Computer Incident Advisory Capability (CIAC) . Check out that web-page to read about international tracking efforts.
